Sellers - Why Use A Broker?

During the negotiations for listing with me an owner mentioned he wanted some buyers excluded from the agreement. One of these people had come to an open house for one of my listings in the area.

I helped this buyer to learn about the market, guided him to the right apartment and used my experience to ensure his deal went to contract.

Most buyers are unsure about many things. They face the daunting tasks of dealing with Coop Boards, banks, lawyers, understanding prices etc. The hand of a good Agent can be seen behind deals that close efficiently for a correct market value.
